BER Airport Exhibition

“Der Raum vom Fliegen” (Space for flying) is an exhibition that explores the biggest building-project calamity in Berlin’s recent history.

Our projects always have a finger on the pulse of the times, which means it was only fitting that we joined with partners to develop a tailor-made approach to covering this rather controversial chapter in the history of Berlin and Brandenburg. Set up at Terminal 1 of the brand new “Willy Brandt” Airport (BER), the exhibition explores the BER in the context of the history of flight in the Berlin-Brandenburg region – from the first successful attempts to take flight to the long-awaited opening of the BER airport itself.
